Sustainable Wallingford Swap Shop and Collection Day
The next Sustainable Wallingford Swap Shop and Collection Day will take place on Saturday 10 March at the Regal Centre in Wallingford between 10am and 12noon. It’s a great opportunity to get rid of post-Christmas clutter and unwanted gifts. Anything that is genuinely re-usable is welcome at the Swap Shop, with the exception of electrical items. If something is too large to bring along, it can be advertised on the message board. Just bring a photo or description of the item, with a contact name and telephone number.
At the same event Sustainable Wallingford will be collecting the following items for safe disposal or recycling: ink cartridges, aluminium foil, paint (tins should be less than 10 years old and a least one third full), light bulbs and fluorescent tubes, Tetra Paks (thoroughly washed, please!), computers, batteries, re-usable old tools and CDs.
More information about Sustainable Wallingford events and activities is available on our website at www.sustainablewallingford.org
