Harvest gifts were much appreciated and especially at the Millstream Day Centre for the elderly at Benson. Thank you.

On Advent Sunday, 2 December, Handel’s Messiah will be sung at 6:30pm. Any who can read music and sing are most welcome to rehearse at 2pm. Entrance to Ewelme Church is always free.

A very special welcome awaits on 16 December: at 4:30pm the school presents ‘Christingle’ in aid of the Children’s Society in the church. Refreshments will be served in the school for everybody between the ‘Christingle’ and the Carol Service at 6pm. Come and celebrate Faith, Hope and Love with us all.

On Christmas Eve there will be a short Crib Service for little children at 4:30pm in Brightwell Baldwin Church. Midnight Communion starts at 11:30pm in Ewelme Church and there will also be Holy Communion at 8am and also after the 11am Family Service on Christmas Day.

On 30 December there will be Communion at Ewelme at 8am and up at Easington at 10am. I will bring Communion to people at home – you only have to ask.
